How Vantalyst works
Qualification first. Prepared always. Priced in public.
Three ways in, depending on how clear the problem already is. Every one of them starts with written context and ends with something documented you can act on.
Path one
You know what you need
Pay and begin a tightly scoped package without a sales call.
- 01
Choose a package
Scope, price, timeline, and exclusions are published. Decide on written information.
- 02
Purchase
Pay in full or use the published payment split. No sales call required.
- 03
Package intake
Complete the package-specific intake so work starts from documented context.
- 04
Delivery and handoff
Build, review cycle, training, recorded walkthrough, documentation, and included support.
Path two
You are not sure yet
Purchase a prepared working session instead of sitting through an unprepared one.
- 01
Qualification form
Submit your business context through Help Me Choose.
- 02
Advance review
Sabrina reads your submission before the session so time is spent on decisions, not background.
- 03
Working session: $250
A prepared discussion of the right starting point, sequencing, and realistic scope.
- 04
Credited
The full $250 is credited toward a qualifying project purchased within 14 days of the session.
Path three
You want something custom built
Custom builds are qualified before meetings are scheduled or paid for.
- 01
Application
Free. Concept, audience, workflow, evidence, data needs, budget, and timeline in writing.
- 02
Feasibility screen
Free. Vantalyst confirms the project is buildable within the intended engagement.
- 03
Invited paid session
Only plausible-fit applicants are invited to pay $250 and complete the detailed questionnaire.
- 04
Scope alignment and proposal
Mandatory for accepted MVP prospects. A proposal follows only when scope and fit hold.
Operating principles
What stays true in every engagement
Pricing is published
You should be able to evaluate an engagement without requesting a quote.
Exclusions are published
What a package does not include is stated as clearly as what it does.
Context before conversation
Every engagement begins from written context, reviewed in advance.
Meetings must earn their place
There is no generic “book a call” button. Meetings happen when they materially improve the outcome.
Human review stays in the loop
Every system defines where a person checks the work and when escalation is required.
Honest declines
If a project is not a fit, Vantalyst says so and may recommend a referral partner.
