Sabrina Brooks

Entrepreneur, AI strategist, consultant, and technology founder.

  • Former licensed public adjuster
  • 15+ years in complex, high-stakes problem solving
  • Documentation, negotiation, and advocacy background
  • Direct delivery: no account layer, no handoff to juniors

Before building AI systems, Sabrina spent more than 15 years navigating complex, high-stakes problems as a licensed public adjuster, work that lived on rigorous documentation, disciplined negotiation, and advocacy for people whose outcomes depended on someone getting the details exactly right.

That work produced a particular instinct: find where a process breaks, write down what is actually true, and build a case that holds up under scrutiny. Applied to AI, it produces systems that are documented before they are built, bounded before they are deployed, and reviewable after they are running.

Vantalyst was founded for owners who have outgrown their own systems, growing small businesses, lean teams, and established solo professionals where too much still depends on the owner. These owners are not looking for experiments. They are looking for capacity.

That is why this practice publishes its pricing, names its exclusions, qualifies custom builds before meetings, and will say plainly when a project is not a fit.

What Vantalyst believes

Four commitments that shape the work

The problem is operational before it is technical

AI is the mechanism, not the point. The work starts with what the business repeats, forgets, or routes through one person.

Scope is a form of respect

Published pricing, written inclusions, and named exclusions protect both sides from the slow drift that ruins projects.

Humans stay accountable

Every system defines where a person reviews output and when something escalates. No autonomous employees, no unattended judgment calls.

Documentation is part of the deliverable

If your team cannot run it after handoff, it was not finished. Walkthroughs, playbooks, and written criteria come standard.

Who this is for

Owner-led businesses that have grown past their systems.

If the business runs well when you are in it and stalls when you step away, that is the problem Vantalyst is built to solve. From owner-dependent to system-driven.
